The purpose of this organization is to aid and support the YLP Volunteer Fire Department. To accomplish this purpose through fund-raising, social events and soliciting donations. To provide aid to fire victims and volunteer firefighters with food, ice, clothing and shelter when asked for assistance and directed by the YLP Volunteer Fire Department Captain.
Membership
Membership is open to anyone living in Yosemite Lakes Park or the surrounding Coarsegold area. There are no dues and continued membership only requires service and cooperation with the Board of Directors/Officers and other members of the organization in whatever venture they undertake toward the support and welfare of YLPVFDA.
Meetings are 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:00 P.M. in the #10 Fire Station at Glacier Point and Long Hollow Drive- Please call Shara Kelley at (559) 683-8323 to see if meeting time and location has been changed.
To JOIN the Fire Support Group, call Shara Kelley, President, 559-683-8323. This is a fun and neccessary Support Group. Also, it is very rewarding because you are helping your friends and neighbors to stay safe. In addition, our homeowners insurance is lower thanks to having Station 10 right inside the park!
