YOSEMITE LAKES PARK SWIMMING POOL RULES 2013

 

These rules are designed for the safety of our members and their guests.  Please go over all rules with your family and guests before usingthe pool.

 

ALL families/swimmers must fill out an Emergency card at the beginning of the swim season.

 

                                   FEES:  Member   - $2.50 per day/per person or $70.00 for an Individual pool pass. 

                                                                    Family pass is $190.00.

                                   Member   - $40.00 Individual Monthly Pool Pass --  $70.00 Family Monthly Pool Pass

                                    Guests     - $3.50 per day/per person.  A MEMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ALL GUESTS.

                                    Aerobics  - With Pool pass .50 (daily) without pool pass $3.00 (daily) Guests $4.50 (daily)

8:30 – 9:30 a.m.            Aerobics

9:30 – 10:30                   Lap Swim (if under 18 you must have Lifeguard approval to swim laps)

10:30 – 12:45                Swim Lessons (Until 7/20) (No private lessons allowed)

1:00 – 6:00 p.m.            Open Swim

6:00 – 7:00                    Lap Swim (all children must be out of the pool area, if under 18 you must have Lifeguard                                                                            approval to swim  laps) 

 7:00 – 9:00                    Open Swim

 

   

SATURDAY, SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS:


11:00 – 11:30am            Adult Swim (if under 18 you must have Lifeguard approval to swim laps)

11:30 - 6:00      Open Swim

6:00 – 7:00        Lap Swim (all children must be out of the pool area, if under 18 you must have Lifeguard approval to swim laps)

 7:00 – 9:00       Open Swim

  The last 10 minutes of every hour is for Adult Swim.

 Sunscreen must be applied at least 15 minutes prior to entering the water; failure to follow could result in pool closure due to cloudy water.

 Children 11 & older or entering the 6th grade do not need to be accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian or caregiver 16 yrs or older) during Open swim times.

 

 No objects in the pool such as air mattresses, fins, etc.,unless lifeguard approved.

 

 No pets in the pool area.

 

 Proper swim apparel must be worn.  Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back.

 

Shower before entering pool as needed or as directed by Lifeguards.

 

ABSOLUTELYno soap or hair products to be used in the showers.

 

To use the Jacuzzi before 6:00 p.m., you must be 14 years of age or older.  From 6:00 p.m. to closing Jacuzzi users must be 16 years of age or older.

 

Members and/or Guests guilty of any damage to the pool area will be held responsible.

 

NO ALCOHOL, GLASS CONTAINERS OR SMOKING allowed in the pool area.

 

Pool parties must be held at the picnic table.  Tables are available on a first come first served basis.

 

No candy or gum chewing permitted while swimming

 

No horseplay or runningis allowed in the pool area.

 

Moderation in music volume in the pool area shall be exercised.

 

 Baby pool is for small children onlyAll children playing in the baby pool must have an adult with them at all times.

 

 EMPLOYEES HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE POOL RULES AS WELL AS REVOKE ATTENDANCE AT THE POOL FOR THE SEASON IF RULES ARE REPEATEDLY VIOLATED.

July 8, 2013to July 12, 2013 from --- 11:45 to 12:15

 

This will be a non-instructional time for infants and preschool children to enjoy the pool with a parent or adult.  Swim instructors will be available to answer questions.  THE POOL WILL OPEN AT 1:00 FOR REGULAR SWIM HOURS.
