Previously we notified you that your water service would be disrupted today for the tie-in of the new mainline and services. Unfortunately, a delay in notification from our testing laboratory created a need to postpone this work.

We are happy to report that we have now received the necessary reports from our lab and work can resume on this project. Therefore, beginning Tuesday, June 17, 2008, we plan to tie in the new facilities. This process will involve the need to shutdown water flow through the existing pipeline while changing over to the new pipeline. Customer service lines will also be changed at the same time. It is anticipated that all of the changeovers will occur in a single day.

The shutdown of the system and tie in of new facilities is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 7:30am. Every effort will be made to return water service by 5:30pm. Residents of the noted street(s) should plan accordingly for this period of disrupted water service.
