The Yosemite Spring Park Utility Company (YSPUC) has contracted with J.B. Travis Construction Inc. to replace the water mains and services supplying the homes on Glacier Lane, Glacier Court and Oak Grove Court West. This project is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2008.

During this construction project, through traffic for the residents will be maintained although there may be times of short delays due to heavy equipment working in the area. We will endeavor to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. We also ask that you please reduce your speed while traveling through the construction zone and pay close attention to the equipment and personnel working in these areas.

Towards the end of the project, there will be some temporary interruptions of water service while the crew transitions the old piping to the new piping. You will be notified at least 72 hours in advance of any planned service disruption.

During this project, we will add additional fire hydrants, which will help to increase fire protection services. After the installation of the new water infrastructure is complete, the road surface will be repaved.
