VII.             Financial Report –Mark Zoeller
Treasurer Zoeller showed graphs to the Directors and audience. The Monthly Cash Balance at the end of May is higher than last year. Cash position is about $1.3mil. The Monthly Net Cash from Operations showed different movements. The actual cash flow for the year is less than the two prior years. We are pumping less water probably due to the cooler weather we've been experiencing.

VIII.   YSPUC Update Report
                        a. Manager's Report – Curtis Lahr (for Ken Harrington)
Director Swire asked about the Clay Valve and the road signs on Corral. Mr. Lahr explained that the Clay Valve reduces the pressure throughout the park. The crew puts the signs at the dam in the morning and collects them at night. The signs are there because the crew needs to be in the street to open the isolation valve that feeds the boosters. This is used all summer. Pat Burns Lot 1194 asked about Well 49A that is mentioned in the Manager's Report. Mr. Lahr explained that Well 28A is unusable when the water table gets too low. The lakes at the golf course are high due to the contract with YLOA to provide water to the lakes which is used for irrigation to the course.

President Lowe stated that they will enter the Manager's Report into the minutes.
